Week 6; A Favourite Place

Sri Lanka is fast becoming one of my favourite places. This week I finished off my time at the coast and made my way inland to meet Matt and Danni. The coast was stunning, bright blue water, sweltering sun and an amazing atmosphere.

This photograph was shot in Mirissa; where I stayed for 4 nights. The hostel I was at was amazing and I couldn't bare to leave them all (a few tears may have been shed), if you ever happen to go to Sri Lanka I can not recommend Colours Hostel, Mirissa enough!

The hill country is a new kind of beautiful; endless tea fields, smiling locals, forests, nature walks and I get to sleep with a duvet and no aircon. What a feeling.

The laughs we've had so far are endless and I think I will write a full blog post about my travels when I'm back just to remember all the wonderful memories!
